Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into a seamless JVN install:
1. Receiving & Warehousing with Moving Team Six
We start by partnering with our trusted receiving team, Moving Team Six. As each furniture piece is ordered, it is delivered directly to their facility where the process begins:
- Every item is checked in upon arrival
- Thoroughly inspected for damage or defects
- Then safely stored until installation day
This step is crucial in ensuring no surprises or delays once we’re onsite.
2. Delivery to the Jobsite
When it’s time for installation, our receiving team coordinates the delivery of all items to the project location. The team:
- Transports each piece from storage
- Handles assembly and placement with precision
- Ensures all items are installed in their designated spot, according to the design plan
3. Styling & Sourcing by the JVN Team
While the larger pieces are placed, the JVN team gets to work on the details that make a space feel uniquely yours:
- We gather accessories, artwork, and styling pieces
- Finalize selections through local sourcing when needed
- Cross-check the floor plan and item list to ensure nothing is missed
Each item is tagged and tracked using Sortly, and added to your proposal for full transparency.
4. The Big Reveal
Once everything is perfectly placed and styled, it’s time for our favorite part — revealing the finished space to our clients. We walk you through every room, sharing the inspiration behind our choices and how each piece brings your vision to life.
5. Post-Install Support
Even after the reveal, our commitment to excellence doesn’t end. We take care of the final details so you can fully enjoy your new home:
- Follow up on any backordered or damaged items
- Provide a custom Furniture Care Guide
- Send a comprehensive off-boarding document, including care instructions and warranty info
- Ensure all outstanding items or invoices are addressed
